woke up early tdy !

im how proud lah :D
okay then went off to ssc with my brother.
to do some EXERCISE. woahh huh eh (:
my brother= personal trainer. for me. HAHA according to him.
but anyway i ran 3.6 k tdy which is HELLO extremely tiring
and i cycled for twenty mins. haha okay the cycling was the warm up and warm down
BUT THE RUN was. phew. tiring
then we went swimming !
ohman i tell you we were playing like little kids lah
but it was dman fun.
